↻ The process starts again with every new project
Which process deserves automating first
A process should go first if it repeats almost identically every week, is done by someone with better things to do, and a mistake is not serious because a person checks it before it goes out. Handling enquiries, preparing quotes or moving form data into a sheet usually qualify; a decision that depends on the client’s nuances does not. In our first conversation we ask you to describe one specific task: how often it happens, who does it, which tools it touches and what happens when it goes wrong. From that we decide together whether it is a good candidate or whether another one should come first.
One request, from the form to the person in charge
This is what the demo would show, presented as an example and not as a real project: a services firm in Barcelona receives enquiries by form and email, in Catalan and Spanish. The system detects the language and the reason, checks whether that person has written before, drafts a reply for the person in charge, waits for approval and records everything. The demo includes three cases most demos skip: an enquiry that cannot be solved automatically and goes straight to a person, a message with incomplete data that triggers a question instead of an invented answer, and a connection that fails and raises an alert instead of losing the request.
Connecting your tools without losing control
To receive data from a form, a website or another application you can use automation tools such as n8n, whose Webhook node receives external events and separates a test address from a production one (official documentation: docs.n8n.io). That means we can try the flow without touching your real data and switch it on only after you have seen it work. It is a technical possibility, not an integration already built for your case: before promising anything we check what your tools allow and what connecting them costs.
Catalan and Spanish service, with human review
In Catalonia, Law 1/1998 (art. 32, BOE) says businesses that sell or provide services must be able to serve consumers in either official language. It does not say the whole website has to be translated, but forms and replies should not leave anyone out. That is why the demo system identifies the language of each message and proposes the reply in that same language, always passing through a person before it is sent.
What implementation includes and what needs maintenance
Implementation covers defining the process with you, building the flow, testing it with fictional data, switching it on and showing your team how to review it. Afterwards some things change on their own: a tool updates its connection, your forms change or a new case appears. So maintenance is a decision we take with you and is quoted separately. On personal data: we apply the GDPR data-minimisation principle (art. 5, only the data that is needed) and, when we process data on your company’s behalf, we do it under the processor contract that art. 28 requires. That does not make an automation compliant by itself; it is reviewed case by case.
First we understand how you work. Then we build.
The most common mistake when hiring a website or an AI automation is building it without studying how the business actually works. That is why it fails, breaks and scares the client.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You explain how you work today and what wastes your time; we turn it into a flow and show you how to review it, with screens designed for people who do not code.
How long does it take?
It depends on the process and the tools to connect, so we do not give a timeline before seeing it. After the demo we give you a fixed timeline and quote.
How is data protected?
The demo uses fictional data, so you do not need to give us real information to see it. In the real project only the necessary data is processed and the corresponding data processor agreement is signed.
What if the pilot does not work as we expected?
It is adjusted using what we saw in testing, or the scope is reduced. Because we start with one process and a person approves each output, a failure does not turn into mistakes reaching your clients.
